Jane Eilers and Kathy Freemann own and
operate the Great Midwest Antique Mall in
Eureka, Missouri. As you can tell by the
picture, we are sisters. We have been in the
antique business for a combined total of
nearly 50 years. In the early 1980’s, we
owned a small antique shop in South St.
Louis on Kings Highway. From there, we
have rented spaces in The Ice House in
Eureka, The Eureka Antique Mall, as well
as South County Antique Mall.
In 1995, the opportunity presented itself to start our own antique mall, and with the
help of family and friends, that dream became a reality From 1995 until August of
2004, GMAM was located in the Hilltop Village Shopping Center in an old Walmart
Store. In 2004, we decided to build a new building in Eureka Commercial Park
located just east of the Six Flags Amusement Park. We are different from many
antique shops and malls in that we are a family-owned business with a friendly,
welcoming environment. We have extended hours so our customers can shop at their
convenience, seven days a week. We take care of the management and administration
of the antique mall so our dealers can enjoy the “fun” side of the antique business –
acquiring merchandise. We hope you will come visit us and see for yourself that the
Great Midwest Antique Mall is a unique and exciting place to shop.
